Much of this trend has to do with an increasing focus among fund firms on the online user experience. Across the industry, fund firms have been revamping their sites to clear the clutter and make navigating to content they are looking for much simpler, says Jeff Latzer, senior analyst for mutual funds at Corporate Insight. In recent months, MFS and Dreyfus have overhauled their sites to more clearly and efficiently display and navigate to content, Corporate Insight has found.
