Adam HulnickVice President, User Experience (UX) Research
Adam Hulnick joined Corporate Insight in July 2016 as vice president of user experience (UX) research, responsible for leading and expanding the UX research business. The increased focus on the UX practice will complement the research offerings of the firm’s Monitor and Consulting Services divisions.
Adam has more than 20 years of experience focused on digital products in product development, user testing, and leading research teams. Prior to joining Corporate Insight, he led the U.S. research team at the international UX agency WAE, where he developed programs that gathered user insights throughout his clients’ design and development processes.
Adam holds a B.A. in English from George Mason University.
Dana PetersonVice President, Operations
Dana Peterson is responsible for new product development as well as strategic relationships. He joined Corporate Insight in 2011 to launch new products as well as grow our presence in new markets.
Prior to joining Corporate Insight, Dana worked at several leading firms in financial services including The Boston Company, State Street Bank as well as Fidelity Investments where he served in a variety of business units during his 13 years there. His experience includes compliance oversight, system development, marketing and market research. He also served as a Senior Consultant at The McKenna Group, a strategic research consultancy headquartered in Palo Alto, CA.
Dana holds a B.S. in finance from Bentley University as well as an MBA from Boston University.
Drew MarescaDirector of Research – New Products
Drew Maresca is the Director of Research responsible for New Products at Corporate Insight. He has worked on Retirement Plan Monitor, Mutual Fund Monitor and Mutual Fund – Advisor Monitor. Drew joined Corporate Insight in 2008. His research and commentary has been featured in a number of prominent media publications including Kiplinger’s, PLANSPONSOR and MarketWatch. He helped develop and launch Retirement Plan Monitor and was featured at a breakout session at the SPARK national conference in 2013.
James McGovernVice President, Research Services
James McGovern heads our Research Services, which provides customized competitive intelligence research and analysis. He joined Corporate Insight in 1999 as senior analyst for the e-Monitor service, and originated the Consulting team in 2005.
Before starting with us, James worked at Intermarket Communications, a financial public relations consultancy. He researched, wrote and edited numerous materials and managed the firm’s information technology.
James holds a B.A. in government from The College of William and Mary.
W. Douglas Miller IICustomer Success Director
W. Douglas Miller II heads up CI’s Customer Success initiatives, working to make sure that Corporate Insight’s clients get the most from their existing research subscriptions and looking for ways to expand partnerships with our clients. He first joined Corporate Insight in 2005 as a Research Associate in the Credit Card Monitor group, and during his tenure has tackled almost every aspect of life at CI — from leading the Bank and Cards group to managing half the Monitor Service products and teams, and even some sales work. As the point person for CS, Doug helps clients leverage our research and ensures that they capitalize on CI’s array of reports, matrices and custom work. Doug graduated from Colgate University with a B.A. in History and Economics, and lives in Brooklyn, NY.
