Corporate Insight (CI) was founded in 1992 with a mission to help companies across the financial services industry provide the best possible customer experience for their prospects, customers and advisors.

From the perspective of actual account holders, we are able to provide our clients with detailed, unbiased research and actionable recommendations to improve their digital offerings and overall user experience.

Corporate Insight’s research examines how financial services companies connect with prospective and current customers via digital – websites, mobile platforms and social media properties – and offline – branch, mail and phone-based systems – channels. By comparing the offerings of competing firms, we are able to highlight best practices related to content, design, functionality and offline support.

Corporate Insight’s Core Research Services

Through our Monitor services, we provide clients with an ongoing assessment of innovations in website content, design and functionality, as well as corporate communications. Our aim is to help our clients stay on top of industry best practices and major changes impacting the competitive landscape. A Monitor subscription includes weekly/biweekly updates highlighting website changes, topical monthly reports, videos of competitor websites and competitor capabilities matrices, as well as access to our experienced analysts.

The Consulting Services team works closely with our clients to develop customized solutions to the unique challenges they face. While these custom consulting engagements vary based on the individual needs of our partners, we typically focus on industry benchmarking and best practices, mystery shopping and competitor profiling. In addition to the research and analysis, the Consulting Services team also works with clients to present findings within their organization to ensure our work has a greater impact on the strategic decision making process.
As firms strive to develop best-in-class websites and mobile applications, Corporate Insight’s User Research team works alongside our partners to ensure their interfaces are user friendly. Through our two primary offerings – usability testing and expert heuristic reviews – we provide feedback on the design and functionality of these interfaces throughout the development and implementation stages of the design process.
