MassMutual Announces Upcoming Advisor Platform to Replace Salesforce

MassMutual announced its intent to launch a new Advisor 360 platform which will feature three components: Client360, which provides a summary of each client’s financial profile; Practice360, which integrates all client views into a single Book of Business dashboard; and Investor360, which advisors can make available to clients, allowing them to view their portfolios. The platform will be entirely web-based and will eventually replace Salesforce. The firm hosted a call on February 20 to explain the platform, and a replay is available on the advisor site. The firm has not provided an expected rollout date.

PIMCO Introduces New Gender Equality Initiative

In honor of Women’s History Month, PIMCO launched a Women & Investing page, which provides insight into the firm’s new gender equality initiative. A video in the banner outlines the firm’s advocation for women in the investment space, including both as employees and as clients. The firm splits the page into three sections: Women in Investing, Women as Investors and Investing in Women. The Women as Investors section breaks down further into Wealth-Life Balance, The Financial Industry and Retirement Planning for Women. At the bottom of the page, advisors can access relevant commentaries and sign up for the newest releases and updates on the initiative.
