Justin Mattos is an Analyst leading the research for Bank Monitor, with additional responsibilities for Credit Card Monitor and Mobile Monitor. He has conducted extensive research on the banking and credit card industries, examining the online and mobile app customer service capabilities, money movement options and personal financial management tools offered to account holders. In addition to his core responsibilities, Justin has contributed to a variety of custom research projects in the bank, cards and home loan industries. Justin holds a B.A. in Philosophy from New York University.
