Broker Monitor

Broker Monitor covers the traditional brokerage relationship, looking at how both full-service and hybrid brokerages interact with their prospects and clients. Its focus includes both online and offline interactions, covering product positioning, marketing pieces, statements, private site account resources and in-person interactions. Using a combination of live brokerage accounts and financial advisor contacts, Broker Monitor gives you a unique look at how firms are working to attract new clients, provide existing account holders with performance metrics, advise clients on topics like security and retirement, and leverage social media to build their brand and their client base. Initially launched in 1996, Broker Monitor has tracked the evolution of the brokerage relationship through the eyes of retail investors for more than two decades.
