Broker Monitor focuses exclusively on how leading brokerages manage their everyday relationships with investors and advisors off the Web. Using a combination of actual brokerage accounts and a network of financial advisor contacts, Broker Monitor gives you a unique look at the paper account documents, telephone customer service practices, marketing pieces and other communications offered by your competitors in the brokerage space.
