Fidelity and Lord Abbett Win Online Gold

Fidelity’s and Lord Abbett’s websites just won the two mutual fund firms top honors. Yesterday New York City-based Corporate Insight revealed its top gold “Monitor” award winners for 2011, recognizing “the best and most innovative financial services firms for their success in specific categories of the online user experience.” Lord Abbett won more golds in the advisor website category than any other firm, and Fidelity won more than any firm in the mutual fund category.

“As firms become more innovative, incorporating new offerings such as mobile into the overall customer experience, we continue to update our grading criteria to truly reflect the industry’s best practices,” stated Tim Ullrich, vice president of monitor services at Corporate Insight.
