Online communities provide an innovative way for both Social_Media_Communication_Conceptcurrent
and prospective clients to receive advice and share their own knowledge. American Express and Bank of America offer forums aimed at small business professionals, while TIAA-CREF recently introduced a revamped site with two sections providing retirement and financial planning advice for women.
