The 2013 SPARK National Conference was held in Washington, D.C. on June 16-18. Corporate Insight was not only an exhibitor at the conference, but we also led a session that focused on the digital experience leading retirement plan providers offer their plan participants online and via mobile apps.
Our 50-minute session was presented from the consumer view, examining how leading retirement plan providers are currently meeting the core needs of their plan participants. While the focus of our presentation was primarily on digital resources – Web and mobile – we also discussed best practices within plan provider’s account statements. Our research focuses on the four key questions plan participants want DC plan providers to help them answer on their participant website or mobile app:

- What should I do?
- What investment should I choose?
- How do I stay on track?
