Survey Review Report: Participant Mobile Preferences & Engagement
This month’s Retirement Plan Monitor Report analyzes data from Corporate Insight’s survey of DC plan participants in December 2019 with a focus on respondents’ mobile preferences and behaviors. Overall, participants’ satisfaction with their retirement plan provider mobile sites and apps is high, but room for improvement remains—85% of respondents said they were “very satisfied” or “satisfied.” Recordkeepers should take note of changing preferences and behaviors to increase participant satisfaction.
