Following a recent iteration of our annual year-end Monitor Awards report—where we highlight the best member digital experience features and resources at leading healthcare insurers—a large insurer that won numerous awards wanted to know how it could position itself to close competitive gaps and win more awards the following year. The Health Plan Research Services team ran a custom audit to benchmark the client against all insurers that scored higher in the report. Using this insight, our team assembled detailed recommendations for priority site features, which the client used to inform its strategic planning for the following year.
