A new article from Modern Healthcare highlights recent CI research into AI tools and virtual assistants from healthcare firms:
Aetna and UnitedHealthcare lead rivals in overall website and mobile app experience, according to a report that Corporate Insight, a research firm that analyzes digit platforms, published in August.
“This new generation of AI tools that we’re seeing is really a big leap forward,” said Stephanie Chan, healthcare research manager at Corporate Insight.
