A new article from Ignites talks to CI’s Justin Suter about the rise of AI in financial services, after SEI and Manulife both announced agentic AI partnerships.
In their announcements, both firms emphasized safety and governance, as analysts say investors and other stakeholders are beginning to focus more closely on how firms manage potential risks tied to agentic AI, particularly when it involves sensitive financial information.
“Where there is a lot of debate is: ‘How ready are customers for this?'” said Justin Suter, director of thought leadership at Corporate Insight. “There is a lot of hesitancy on the part of consumers, currently, for no human in the loop.”
