A new authenticated site Mobile Conversation Preferences page enables users to review a wide range of message topics—such as vertical-specific promotions and follow-ups after customer service interactions—and opt in to or unsubscribe from individual categories.

e-Monitor
Merrill Edge redesigns Mutual Funds page
Following last November’s Stocks page redesign, the firm overhauled its public site Mutual Funds page—findable via the main navigation Research and Invest flyout menus—with a new layout, full-bleed banner and color scheme that mirrors other public site pages. The page presents information and research on available mutual funds.

P&C Insurance Monitor
Hippo unveils new mobile app
The new app features a tiled design with a prominent green-and-white color scheme and employs a static bottom-drawer navigation menu with four tabs: Home, Claims, Home Care and My Account. The app uses two-factor authentication at login. Policyholders are not able to make changes to their policies or personal information on the app but can view their policy details, policy documents and billing details, as well as make use of Hippo’s new Home Health tools.

Small Business Card Monitor
American Express announces discontinuation of Amex Business App
The firm emailed business card holders to inform them that it will discontinue the Amex Business App, effective March 31, 2022. This move impacts select mobile capabilities but will otherwise centralize mobile account management in the main Amex App.
