Chase introduces authenticated site money management and planning interfaces
The firm added a new Wealth Plan interface that provides users with an overview of their spending and links to other relevant interfaces. Similarly, the firm added three new pages—Net Worth, Net Income and Spend, and Long-Term Goals with J.P. Morgan—that provide various visuals and tracking for the respective topics.

Credit Card Monitor
USAA revamps card activity page with enhanced spending insights, visual elements
After updating account activity pages in August, USAA employed almost uniform aesthetic upgrades on card activity pages for card holders, with some key differences. The firm now uses color to distinguish merchant payments from card payments, includes the authorization date in transaction details and utilizes a collapsible slideout menu for self-servicing links, rather than using the previous footer menu.

Fidelity launches new public site Crypto Help Desk page
The new page features two tabs: Frequently Asked Questions and Learn about Crypto. The Frequently Asked Questions tab features FAQs organized by topics like Getting Started, Managing Your Account and Trading Fees. The Learn about Crypto tab also features FAQs on three topics: Crypto Basics, Bitcoin and Ethereum.
Fidelity adds transfer feature allowing clients to fund accounts via direct depositÂ
The new transfer feature—in partnership with the payroll services startup Atomic—allows clients to have either a percentage or specific amount of their paycheck transferred to their Fidelity account via direct deposit. A new Direct Deposit Your Paycheck link—findable via the secure site Cash Management page Transfer Money dropdown—opens a lightbox prompting clients to choose the Fidelity account they wish to fund.

Citi’s updated home and account screens include aesthetic and layout changes, with a new color scheme and fixed navigation bar. The firm also updated its Search & Help slideup—which it recently introduced to bank clients—and rolled it out to all users.

Liberty Mutual adds address management self-servicing to policyholder site
The insurer expanded its existing suite of policyholder self-service capabilities to include a new option: Edit Address. The existing Quote a Policy Change page now displays an Address tile that informs prospects they can update their address below a cartoon icon of a map pin. Users can indicate if the new address should be used for Mailing, Billing, Residential or All purposes via checkbox The Change Address for My Policies flow, which contains three steps, offers access to informational balloon tips and the site chatbot.
